Greetings friends!

After a decade of working in the field of international education within the university setting (study abroad, international student and scholar services and intensive English programs), I’ve learned a lot about student mobility and the offices that support them. One thing that I know for sure is that I love this field and plan to spend the rest of my professional career working with students and universities from around the world.

I’m most passionate about connecting students with limited financial means to secondary and post-secondary institutions across the globe where students can achieve their personal and academic goals without breaking their budget. I also love supporting educational institutions and organizations in their efforts to internationalize their campus, research initiatives, curriculum and faculty.

The passion to help international students access high quality and affordable higher education opportunities in the U.S. inspired me to create my first program and what I consider the flagship of Study New Mexico USA—the High School to University Scholarship Program. My dissertation research focused on best practices in strategic international student enrollment and management and my 12+ years working in international programs equipped me with the practical knowledge to fine-tune office processes and procedures to achieve enrollment goals.
